Fast Switchbucs x 3

Some of the older members may remeber the “FAST Switchbucs!” promo we did for new members a while back. Well we are going to do it again to help get new members started and help get some switchbucs into the system.

Starting today, 8/23/2007, ANY member can send in any SINGLE DVD, CD, Video Game or Book that has been released within the last 3 months and receive 3 TIMES the “suggested price” for that item in switchbucs. So you mail the item into us, SwitchPlanet.com, and once received we will credit your account 3 TIMES the suggested switchbucs price for that item.

For example…send in the “Premonition” (Widescreen) DVD in “Like New” condition and you would get 75 switchbucs (3 x 25 = 75). We, SwitchPlanet, will then make ALL the items sent in available for anyone to request.

The Rules:

1. Limit one entry per member. Each member can ONLY do this ONCE. So don’t try sending in multiple items. If you try and create multiple account to take advantage of this promo you risk having ALL your account removed.
2. The item MUST have been released within the last 3 months from it being sent in.
3. You can send in an item from either category: DVD, CD, Game or Book
4. The item MUST be in playable condition.
5. Your account will be credited 3 times the amount it’s worth in switchbucs once it’s received by us.

IMPORTANT! Be sure to include your member information so we know who to credit the switchbucs to.

    Are there guidelines for Disc only vs. Disc and art? Also, do you need the cases are are you going to toss them anyway?

    It can be disc only but that is the suggested price we will give you for it.

    Hmmm, for Shooter (WS) …
    the SP view shows DVD release Jan.01,2007; but for Amazon it is June 26, 2007 DVD release:

    Just wanted to confirm,we are going by the Amazon release date I presume since that was a recent release.

    SP release dates are screwed up. Sometimes it says the theatrical release date for both sometime it has nothing, etc. I’d say by the REAL release dyte…

    How the heck do we know what’s been released in “3 months” or not, since release dates are often hard-to-find, differ by country and release, reissues, etc. A list of wanted DVDs and CDs or some other way of knowing what’s OK and what’s not would help. I’m going through my recent DVD purchases but I dunno what’s come out within “3 months”? Help?

    Wink, Go to Amazon for the official DVD release date. When you pull up your DVD under production details, you will see this line:
    DVD Release Date: March 27, 2007

    How do you found out what book was released only 3 months ago. Cause stores around here keep books on the shelf forever, like they still got books (that I bought 3 years ago) on the shelf?

    Look in Amazon.com under the product details. It should show the release/publish date.
